Apple Cinnamon Baked Pears
Servings: 4 | Prep Time: 10 min | Cook Time: 25 min
Ingredients:
· 2 large pears, halved – fiber, vitamin C
· 1/4 cup chopped walnuts – omega-3, brain support
· 1/4 cup raisins – iron, natural sweetness
· 1 tsp cinnamon – blood sugar regulation
· 1 tbsp maple syrup – natural sweetener
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Scoop a bit from each pear center and fill with nuts and raisins.
3. Sprinkle cinnamon and drizzle syrup.
4. Bake for 25 minutes.
