COCO CRUNCH ENERGY BARS

No-Bake. Naturally Sweet. Purely Strong.
Ingredients:
• 1 cup rolled oats
• ¼ cup dates (softened & blended)
• ¼ cup chopped cashews
• 2 tbsp chia seeds
• 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
• 2 tbsp shredded coconut flakes
• 1 tbsp raisins (optional)
• ¼ cup almond butter
• 1–2 tbsp raw honey (or to taste)
• Small handful dark chocolate chunks or chips (85% cacao or higher)
Instructions:
1 Blend dates into a sticky paste (soak in warm water 10 mins if needed).
2 In a large bowl, mix oats, seeds, coconut, nuts, raisins, and chocolate.
3 In a small saucepan, gently warm almond butter and honey until smooth.
4 Add date paste and warm mixture to dry ingredients. Stir well to combine.
5 Press mixture firmly into a parchment-lined 8x8 pan.
6 Chill for 1–2 hours or until firm. Slice into bars and store in the fridge.
No refined sugar. No baking. Just real, plant-based fuel.
