“Healing Begins on Your Plate.”

Since transitioning from the beauty industry into healthcare in 2017, I’ve been deeply honored to help individuals transform their lives—starting with what’s on their plate.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside more than 20 incredible individuals on their healing journeys. And what I’ve learned is this: no two stories are the same, but the foundational truths remain—our bodies are divinely designed to heal when we give them what they truly need.

💡 Why I Restructured My Program

After years of observation and study, I realized that two of the most powerful tools for healing are:

  1. Fasting – to give the digestive system time to rest and reset

  2. Whole Food Nutrition – to flood the body with what it actually needs

Your digestive system is one of the hardest-working organs in your body—it rarely gets a break. That’s why fasting, when done correctly, is so essential. It gives your body a chance to restore itself at a cellular level.

I’m not here to tell you to become vegan, vegetarian, or pescatarian. That choice is yours. What I am here to promote is healing. What I advocate for is health that’s sustainable, accessible, and real.

Because most of the chronic conditions people are battling—diabetes, high blood pressure, fibroids, fatigue, and more—can be traced back to four key root causes:
