I am passionate about pursuing my dream job as a Naturopathic Doctor, envisioning the establishment of a holistic health clinic in a rural or underserved area where access to healthcare is limited. This clinic will be dedicated to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care that seamlessly integrates traditional naturopathic practices with modern medical knowledge. My ultimate objective is to not only treat the physical ailments of patients but also nurture their mental and emotional well-being, creating a nurturing environment focused on healing and prevention.

In this role, I envision working closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that emphasize lifestyle changes, nutrition, herbal medicine, and other natural therapies. A significant aspect of my practice would involve educating patients about their health conditions and empowering them to take an active role in their wellness journey. Additionally, I aim to collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

As I reflect on the journey that has brought me to this moment, I am incredibly thankful for every step of the process. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would become a doctor, especially with my background in cosmetology—the field I love so much. I always envisioned myself owning a hair salon, traveling the world, hosting hair shows, and empowering people to look and feel their best. Looking back, I realize I am essentially pursuing a similar path, just in the realm of nutrition. Despite my original plans, God had a different plan for me, and I am proud to be in my final weeks of classes, on the brink of graduation this upcoming December with my Masters of Science in Nutrition, and one step closer to my future as a Doctor. (with 4 more years of schooling ahead). I am confident in my abilities to succeed in this journey and I am profoundly thankful for the opportunity to be alive to answer his calling in my life.
